Our Team

At BeChallenged we believe that teamwork, communication, leadership and constructive feedback are the foundations of an effective team. We aim to design events that are tailored to the specific objectives of our clients and in doing so, ensure a positive and rewarding experiential learning experiences that will have lasting benefits in the workplace. Our team possesses a greatly diverse arrange of experiences, skills, knowledge and understanding of how teamwork and behaviour change can directly affect performance. Oliver Sheer

Whole hearted and full of excitement, Oliver lives life for the moment. AKA Ogs to his family and friends is a natural team player, motivator and is turned on by different personalities and the way people interact. Having completed two degrees and furthered his personal education traveling through Europe, our very own people watcher is looking forward to continue building winning teams.

Mark Preston

Cool, calm and collected Mark has permanently joined the BeChallenged team after two years as our most experienced freelance facilitator. A natural athlete with over 150 1st grade appearances for Gordon, Mark is a proactive team player, enthused by the energy of others and highly experienced in the effectiveness of team performance. Marks looking forward to forging a career in building winning teams and spending more time on the tennis court.

Kingsley

Always positive and after a challenge, Kingsley returns from an eight month stint in Italy playing Professional Rugby Union for Venezia Mestre - Bueno! Through previous involvement within BeChallenged and a great deal of exposure to different sports teams, Kingsley brings a wealth of experience to this already well-rounded group. Despite his current lack of sleep due to the birth of his first child, Kingsley is a real asset and extremely excited to be back!

Fiona Harrison

Enthusiastic, engaging and focused on customer service, Fiona is the newest member of the BeChallenged team. Fiona has worked in 5 star hotels for the last 12 years both in Australia and overseas and decided it was time to apply her skills elsewhere. Fiona is a mad rugby supporter and would love nothing better than to be in the Wallaby half time huddle to spur them on.
