Our programs are tailored to our clients to provide a fun and effective event which employs experiential learning methods to promote teamwork, communication and leadership. Established in 2003 and based in Artarmon, Sydney, BeChallenged successfully provides top notch team programs in NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC.
As the new Lead Facilitator and Program Designer reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for selling, building and running team building programs in Sydney, Canberra and regional NSW. Guidance, training and constant ongoing support will be provided by our entire team but specifically from our State Manager. You will be based in our head office in Artarmon Sydney and will be charged with responsibilities including:
1) Program design and implementation
2) Lead generation and facilitation of team
building programs and workshops
3) Client meetings and sales presentations
4) Contributions to creative thinking for
program and system development
5) Co-ordination of casual staff and facilitators
when needed
6) Assistance in delivery of sales and
marketing initiatives
To be successful in gaining this life altering opportunity you will need:
1) Tertiary qualifications in a related field
2) Experience in a leadership position is
vital (or supporting leadership role) while
experience in sales, events, training and
facilitation is desired but not essential.
3) Interest in team performance and dynamics
4) Strong presentation and communication
skills
5) Ability to build rapport with all people
including team member, clients and
suppliers
6) Strong organisation and planning skills
along with the ability to perform under
pressure
7) Ability and willingness to accept
responsibility for successes as well as
failures.
