At BeChallenged we believe that teamwork, communication, leadership and constructive feedback are the foundations of an effective team. We aim to design events that are tailored to the specific objectives of our clients and in doing so, ensure a positive and rewarding experiential learning experiences that will have lasting benefits in the workplace. Our team possesses a greatly diverse arrange of experiences, skills, knowledge and understanding of how teamwork and behaviour change can directly affect performance. Team Building Facilitator Sam

Sam Burton Taylor

A former city accountant with an appetite for life, Sam is driven by the energy of high performance, loves his work and is continually enriched by people, place and experience. Sam who is still an active Surf Patrol Captain, has graced the rugby fields of NSW and ACT over the past 10 years. His list of achievements includes; bull catching in northern QLD, raft guiding in Africa, sleeping on the banks of the white Nile and climbing Mount Kenya.

Team Building Facilitator Kingsley

Kingsley Seale

Laid back, passionate and with a preference for the lighter side of life, Kingsley who grew up in Hong Kong, is dedicated to his work and sees real value in what he does. A product of Knox Grammar, Kingsley returned to work at the school as a rugby coach and development officer between 2006 and 2007. His own career has seen him involved with the NSW Waratahs since 2005, with an unfortunate number of injuries limiting his appearances to date. In the future Kingsley would love the opportunity to take his enthusiasm and energy for life and work overseas.

Andy Johnson

Self motivated and driven, Andy arrived in Sydney after seven years as a trainer in the London Fire Brigade seeking new challenges and personal experiences; it's possible the weather and lifestyle may have also been a factor! Twelve years of competitive rugby enabled Andy to develop a strong understanding in the dynamics of team functionality and effective performance. Future aspirations lie in the perfection of body-boarding, endurance events and retaining ones English accent.

Oliver Sheer

Whole hearted and full of excitement, Oliver lives life for the moment. AKA Ogs to his family and friends is a natural team player, motivator and is turned on by different personalities and the way people interact. Having completed two degrees and furthered his personal education traveling through Europe, our very own people watcher is looking forward to forging a career in building winning teams.
