The challenge:
The Italian Job is an absorbing program that can be run both indoor and outdoor and aims to develop teamwork by creating a fun but competitive environment. This program works exceptionally well as a staff incentive with teams competing over a number of group tasks to win the clues that will allow them to crack the code on their safe. All the activities throughout the day will be carefully selected to develop teamwork skills and foster effective communication and leadership within the groups.
As the day draws to a close each team will attempt to steal their way to victory and win the prizes for the day by being the first group to crack the code on their safe. This program is a great way to develop camaraderie within teams as they compete to unlock the safes and win prizes. The Italian Job offers a team building experience in which even the most reluctant groups become deeply involved when they realise that real rewards are at stake.
