"We decided to use BeChallenged because we recognise that our team are a more valuable asset than our customers, and without them then we wouldn't have any customers. We wanted to engage our team in some activities outside of work so we could connect more and thus form a stronger bond. ‘BeChallenged' delivered more than any of our expectations.
The afternoon with them was amazing. We did a number of activities that enabled us to learn about ourselves, and our team mates. The greatest benefit of the afternoon for us was it combined a lot of fun and laughter with a number of important lessons. This was carried back into our culture the following week. All of us bonded together during the day and learnt that there are so many ways we can work closer together to improve our work environment. We found that when our team are having fun and are happy, then our customers will do the same, hence the day has had an indirect impact on the bottom line making it easy to justify the investment of time and money into the day. A real sense of ‘synergy' was created from the day.
I recommend anyone who is considering BeChallenged. They are excellent value for money and I cant think of a better way to invest into your number one asset - your team!"
