The challenge:

 

Participants will be split into teams that will face a number of challenges throughout the day. For every task the team will need to create a plan and estimate the difficulty in achieving an outcome within specific times. Next the team will have to weigh up the odds and decide how much capital to invest in this business challenge. Each team will then set to accomplishing their goal within the time frame they have set themselves to receive a reward commensurate with their risk.

 

A rational assessment by the team is required to determine their strengths and weaknesses in not only completing the task at hand but also determining the speed they can complete it in. Of course different tasks require different skills and the team will be required to believe in their team mate’s abilities and be prepared to lay their hard earned cash on the line for the ultimate goal.

 

Team Opportunity is designed to enhance teamwork skills whilst also subtly demonstrating that at times the team must have believe in the skills of the individual. The day is designed to enhance group communication and negotiation skills as well as demonstrate the need for sensible time management and budgeting. Participants will learn in a competitive and fun environment that working together is necessary to bring home the big dollars.
