We are in the business of motivating and inspiring people so it almost goes without saying that we are looking for exceptional, engaging and inspired people to work with our team. Our business has been established since 2003 and it is continuing to grow both geographically and in our program offering.

BeChallenged is a provider of Corporate Team Building events. Our programs are tailored to our clients to provide a fun event which employs experiential learning methods to promote teamwork, communication and leadership.

We have been established as a business since 2003 and are continuing to develop and inspire teams all over Australia. We are always on the look out for freelance staff that can help prepare and deliver our team building programs across NSW. This position would suit a university student or someone looking for casual employment that wants to try something different and has an excellent can-do attitude.

It is a necessity for you to have the following individual qualities:

Interest in team performance and dynamics
Good presentation and speaking skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Willingness to accept responsibility
Sense of humour
Flexibility
Proactive, self motivated / can do attitude

If you can show us that you are enthusiastic and have a passion for personal and team achievement you will be well ahead of the rest. A generous hourly rate plus an incentive program is provided and can be discussed upon application.

Our offices are located in Artarmon, Sydney and we service all of NSW as well as Queensland, ACT and Western Australia.
