The Wall

The Wall has been specifically designed as a fun activity for large conference groups. This program sets the scene at your conference while breaking down inhibitions and helping to create a sense of familiarity and teamwork amongst participants.

The Challenge:

The Wall is a creative team activity designed to break down all the ‘walls’ that can often exist within the work environment. The program itself is fun, creative and challenging and can be run as either part of a conference or a standalone activity.

The BeChallenged team will come in prior to the session and build the giant six foot high wall emblazoned with an image of the Berlin Wall being knocked over. From here the group will enter and be briefed that they are part of The Wall and explained the objectives for the day.

The activities themselves can be conducted inside or outdoors and are based on various aspects of communication, teamwork and coordination. Following each challenge teams will earn a certain number of points dependent on how well the activity was completed. At the end of the day the winner will be the team that has simply accrued the most number of points, both through facilitated challenges and optional extra activities.

Unbeknown to the group the BeChallenged facilitators will return later that day and replace the Berlin Wall image with a selection of photos from The Wall. The group will return to the office or conference room the next day to be greeted with this fantastic larger than life collage showing all who were involved the true value of teamwork and serve as a constant reminder to ensure those office barriers stay down.
