The Wall has been specifically designed as a fun activity for large conference groups. This program sets the scene at your conference while breaking down inhibitions and helping to create a sense of familiarity and teamwork amongst participants.

The Challenge:

With a little bit of Trop Fest and a lot of team creativity each team will be charged with the task of encapsulating a central theme in one image (with a number of compulsory props).

Each team will receive a written brief enclosed in a sealed envelope. The brief will outline a number of tasks which the team has to complete within the timeframe and a number of props the team must include in their masterpiece. It will also give teams a few pointers on capturing that perfect image.

The middle part of the day will require teams to complete an assortment of team challenges that focus on leadership, communication and strategy. The completion of these tasks will result in teams earning extra useful components that can then be used in their final challenge.

Whilst this task may sound reasonably easy the true test of the team is in the planning of their time, material and the limited resources they must utilise. It will take strong leadership and even better communication and creativity if there is to be success. What starts out to be a simple task becomes a fantastic test of teamwork in which creativity is the winner when the teams are finally asked to present their creations to their colleagues. This is an enjoyable day in which everyone has a chance to showcase their talents in a creative environment.
