The challenge

 

Sailing on Sydney Harbour requires absolutely no prior training and is a fantastic team bonding event which everyone will enjoy. Whilst a gentle cruise is always an option sailing works best as a team building activity when teams vie for line honours in your very own regatta. Over a four hour session our fully trained skippers will teach you how to sail and you will have the chance to compete against your co-workers in your own two race regatta that includes both an Americas Cup short course style Windward / Leeward race and a longer picturesque harbour course.
            Sailing is a great way to get everyone working toward a common goal on a task that provides a level playing field for all. In order to take line honours your team will have to learn to co-ordinate tasks and implement strategy.

 

Program Inclusions:
- Greet and outline of the days itinerary accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne on our harbour side dock.
- Mineral water on board for all guests, facilitation of two Regatta starts and support/safety vessel standby.
- Race one will take a short course ‘Americas Cup’ style format.
- Race two will take the crews on a journey around the harbour taking in the beauty of the Sydney foreshore.
