	ROBINSON GRAIN - AMAZING RACE Who would you like to work for? An ambiguous question, that most definitely kicks the grey matter into over drive. So, given the opportunity, which market leading multinational corporation or global franchise would you love to work for? At BeChallenged we have a hugely diverse array of clients, which presents us with unique opportunities to momentarily experience those vast and varied cultures that exist within every organisation. In referring to my opening question, when I think about whom I would like to work for, I find myself drawn towards the cultures that are portrayed within those enthusiastic marketing campaigns we witness on a daily basis. On Saturday 11^th July, Oliver and I had the pleasure of working with Robinson Grain, with over 25 years experience in domestic grain, Robinson Grain are one of Australia's largest regional based trading operations. A family run business, with a very warm open and honest inclusive culture, never before have Oliver and I been embraced with hugs at the start of a program and then relaxed with dinner and a few drinks at the end, as if we'd been part of the family for years. The culture within Robinson Grain has without a doubt been a fundamental catalyst to their current success and will continue to be as the company moves forward in the future.
