Miller Technology High School - Italian Job
	Company: Miller Technology High School Objectives: Communication, Team Work, Interaction and Peer Respect Program: Italian Job Venue: Miller Group Size: 37 Miller Technology High School contacted us wanting some ideas on how to create a fun learning experience for their year 8 students. Communication, team work, interaction and peer respect were the main objectives they were looking to achieve. Kingsley and I were invited to attend a year group meeting to give the students the opportunity to meet us. It allowed them to understand what we do at BeChallenged, and gave them an idea about the Italian Job and what their day would entail. With numbers increasing right up until the 11^th hour, we arrived at Miller ready for the challenges that 37 year 8 students would undoubtedly create. The facilities and space allowed us to maximise this unique learning experience and through a variety of activities, really emphasise the importance of team interaction, communication and peer respect. With teams successfully completely challenges throughout the day, we headed into the home straight with the team from Spain handing in their answer momentarily ahead of the chasing pack. As answers were revealed, Spain's haste was there demise as the team from Grenada were crowned the Italian Job champions. Working with such an enthusiastic and energised group of students was a valued experience for us both personally and as facilitators. The staff and students at Miller were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our next invitation to the school. Thanks, Andy Johnson
