	Macquarie Group Services – Vegas Nights Company: Macquarie Group Services Objectives: Fun, Total Interaction, Entertainment over Dinner Program: Vegas Nights Venue: Magenta Shores Group Size: 60 Summary: Macquarie Group Services came to us after attending one of our Famille’s held at Manly’s Q Station. They wanted an entertaining and engaging activity that would allow the participants to participate if they wanted, but also giving the option to just sit back, relax and enjoy their night if need be. The activity was to take place as part of their conference to be held at the picturesque magenta shores. After many discussions we decided that Vegas Nights would work better than The Final Furlong and started putting the evening together. BeChallenged worked with both the client and Magenta Shores to ensure the night would flow smoothly and would allow the participants to have some fun whilst still enjoying what turned out to be a great meal. The night started out apprehensively as the group earned some early cash through their cash trivia then from here the night started buzzing. The Blackjack and Roulette tables got the crowds involved and whether you were a novice or an experienced gambler there was a place for you at any table. The real highlight of the evening came after the mains when we got a huge circle of two-up cranking, without realising we had the entire group of 60 huddled around screaming and shouting. Following this we had our mystery auction and everyone left happy. Overall we got exactly what we were after, people were free to interact as much as they wanted, although in the end if we were a real casino we might have been turning people away! The group really enjoyed themselves, mingled freely with one another and enjoyed the company of their team mates in a relaxed environment. Kingsley Seale
