In 1998 Tony Mowbray and his crew on board the “Solo Globe Traveller” experienced the ultimate team challenge in the Sydney to Hobart race as they endured the worst conditions in the races history. Tony and his team fought against deadly weather conditions for 15 hours and won. Within four months of his dramatic fight for life Tony reclaimed his lifelong dream and sailed solo around the world.

The Tony Mowbray Experience will demonstrate to team members what can be acheieved when your team works together successfully. The man himself will join and inspire your group as you sail a three hour yacht charter around Sydney Harbour. Participants can get fully involved in a series of races around the harbour or can just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

In January 2008 adventurers James Castrission and Justin Jones became the first kayaking expedition to cross the Tasman.

In the Crossing the Spit Be Motivated experience these young men will take your group on a journey through Sydney’s beautiful Middle Harbour. On double kayaks and using GPS navigational systems each team will move between a number of simulated scenarios with the goal of finding their final destination.

The Brigade

The Brigade is your groups chance to experience a day in the life of a Fire Fighter.

In a simulated fire environment you and your group will be kitted out in full fire fighting gear, including boots, jacket, helmet and full breathing apparatus, so you can tackle the flames, break down the door, rescue the injured and get your team out in the nick of time
