Beiersdorf - Survivor

Venue: Beiersdorf distribution centre, Huntingwood

 

Group Size: 35

 

Over the past two years we have enjoyed a continuous relationship with Beiersdorf, running several programs at their Huntingwood site and surrounding areas. This year's activity was a survivor program with a twist. Beiersdorf asked us to incorporate a charity component into the afternoon. The five tribes undertook several varied team building activities, aiming to collect as many immunity necklaces as possible before entering the tribal council. While awaiting tribal council, the tribes were informed they had just one more task to complete, a reward challenge! They were asked to assemble a survival kit and provided with a fantastic array of Christmas goodies and all the materials needed to create a Christmas survival kit.

 

At tribal council, a tightly contested physical and mental battle saw the Rouge Kahoona's tribe out muscle the competition to be the sole surviving tribe and crowned the Beiersdorf Survivor Champions. As the tribes discussed the afternoons activities and debated who ‘should' have won! George and Elizabeth from Beiersdorf's welcomed two Cure Our Kids families to their Huntingwood site and presented them with their Christmas hampers.

 

Beiersdorf once again provided us with a challenging and enjoyable afternoon, such a highly committed group who are a pleasure to work with and in continuing our links with Cure Our Kids it was great to be able to help Beiersdorf once again meet their objectives.
